Wednesday-8 mile run (1:14)
Thursday-30 min swim, 1hr weights, Plank (1 min front, 1 min on each side with dips, 1 min front<---then you die) ;-) Ouch!
How do you know if you ran your easy day a bit to fast? Don't worry, your body will let ya know. haha
Tuesday I ran some rolling hills and I ran them a bit to hard. Wednesday I had some farleks in the middle of my run, by the time I finished those I was jelly legging it the last two miles.

Yoga, everybody's doing it.
In their pajamas, I guess.
I like to live dangerously.
And get all my calories in liquid form.
The interior of my car was not harmed in the morning rush. Not even a drop was spilled.
I got skills, what can I say.
This just opened down the street from me. It's like Christmas in October!!

OdorZout is a must have if you have pets or kids but also their laundry additive is a must have if you are an athlete.
You know that sweaty stink that sometimes gets trapped in your workout cloths? Yeah, this stuff will get it out.
I just add a bit to my load of workout stuff and boom! No Stink. If I have a sports bra or shirt that is extra stinky I will soak it for a bit. It's magical!
So go forth and stink up those cloths!! We found a cure!
