The winner is?

Sunday- 3.4 mile hike Up Camelback mountain I went. Phew.
Monday-1:15 weight class Today's class was hard.  Like bent over sucking air, hard.  I'm sure it had nothing to do with yesterdays food and drink.
Sometimes you need to have a stiff drink and eat a few too many chicken wings just to remind yourself how bad a workout can suck when you do that.  Lesson learned.  Again.

Sunday morning before the Super Bowl, I hiked Camelback Mountain with a few of the girls I am running Ragnar with.

It was a beautiful morning for a hike.  We had great temps, cloud cover and a slight breeze.  It was perfect.  We even felt a few rain drops.
From the top of Camelback you can see the ENTIRE valley!  That is not an understatement.
The mountain is right in the center of the city and at 2,704 feet above sea level you get a good 360 degree view of the valley below.  It is stunning.

King of the mountain!!
Being outside is my happy place.  My heart was full.
Then my belly was!  We headed down the mountain and straight into Over Easy.  If Guy Fieri says to eat there.  I listen.  Man, I want his job.
Anyway, I ordered the corn beef hash with home fries and two eggs over easy.
It was horrible.
Hahaha it was delicious.
Everybody's food looked amazing.  Steph ordered the Chilaquiles – a mixture of tortillas, ranchero sauce, chicken, sour cream & cedar cheese topped with one egg any style.
I had nothing to do with that bite mark.
It was delicious. ;-)
So was this caramel corn I took to the Super Bowl party.  I added mini Reese's cups and chopped up Snickers.
It was pure genius.
The Super Bowl party was a ton of fun and I ate a ton of yummy stuff but I took no pictures.
That's a lights out in the third quarter kinda fail.
That's all right you would much rather find out who won the entry into the 5k anyway, right?
Exactly, so without further ado the winner of the free race is...........drum roll............I'm so excited............ like really....... the winner is

I twitter-tweeted!! =D

Congrats Mandi!!
I'll send ya the info for the free entry and see ya at the race!!
