I'm Obsessed

5 Mile Run (45 minutes) Flat route.
Beautiful weather, great run and my foot is feeling better.
Two thumbs up!
There's a Ski Pro.
In the desert.
Crazy.
I guess when the desert is only 3 hours from the slopes it makes sense.  Kinda.
We were suppose to be skiing today but the main lift was down.  Holiday fail.
So I made cake.  Naturally.
Holiday saved.
The lift opened again today so tomorrow we will head up for some fun in the snow.
Yippee!
In other News:

I'm totally obsessed with this color combo they have a Target right now.
OBSESSED!  I dig the coral color but adding the turquoise blue puts it over the top for me.
Pretty sure I'm needing some coral accent pieces in my living room.
And around my neck.  I scored a coral and polka dot scarf for $10 at Kohls!  Love it.  I wear it so much I'm afraid it's gonna get an over use injury.
Lame joke, sorry.
Another obsession?  Food trucks!  Dig it!
Where else do you get to talk face to face with the guy that makes your supper and listen to him proudly explain his food.  They love what they make and it shows.
The owner of Hao Bao traveled around China for a year learning all about Chinese food.  Then came back and opened a truck.  His dumplings were delicious.  Next time I want to try his noodles.  They looked amazing.
Todd and I went to Food Truck Friday down in Gilbert so I couldn't only eat at one truck.
Liberty Biscuits was calling my name.
Todd and I shared the Liberty.  Fired chicken, bacon, fried egg, cheese and sausage gravy on a biscuit.
Angels singing.  Arteries clogging.
We finished off our dinner with some ice cream straight from Superstition Farms.  They make a Nutella ice cream that is to die for.
Yeah, food trucks rock my world.
Especially if you can get a few of them in one area.  Major score!
Rolling with the obsession theme.  Get it?
Rooooolling.
Lame joke again.  Sorry.  Again.
I can't stop taking pictures of my little guys hair.  It's so fascinating.  Every morning it's better than the day before.
I'll spare you all of them but I swear about half of my Iphone pics are of his creations.  He must work so hard at night.
I know how hard I have to work to get it to lay down.
That's why I'm thankful for hats.
Any hat.
