Three Things Thursday

45min run(4.8miles), 1400yd swim(warm up, 1000yd time test, cool down) My run was pretty good and my swim was not.  That's how I roll.  


Anyhow, it's Thursday.
So, let's do a Three Things Thursday.
Seen on my run.
 Eaten in the car while hiding from the kids.
The older three, jump jiving. 
The youngest, not.
The End.
Ok, that was 4 things.  I was never really good at following the rules.
