14 miles for Sherry

Workout-14 miles (2hr, 4min) Today I ran for Sherry, for those that can't run and for women runners everywhere.  I heard the last count of bibs that were printed out was 20,000!  That is truly amazing and I feel so blessed to be a part of such a supportive amazing community.  It was a wonderful day and I'm glad I got to log a few miles in Sherry's honor.  Her family was on my mind through out the run and I hope that they feel the love and support.
It was a good run today.  We had a few gradual climbs and the weather was perfect.  The pace felt effortless even though we both were a little tight in the legs.
See that speck in the sky?  It is a hot air balloon.  Cool.  Well, it was.  Guess you had to be there.
Steph gave it two thumbs up.  Or maybe she was just stoked I made her stop for that awesome pic.

I hope you had a great weekend and you got a few miles done for Sherry and her family.

  1. SO jealous of your shorts and tshirts! I did a 14 miler today too and we nearly had the same time, we would make great running buds if you lived closer to me :)

I love that so many people did the virtual run.
