Workout- 4mile run (38min, 13 sec) Flat route, pushing a jogging stroller, with a flat, I might add. I look at it as strength training. It's a twofer.
I slept in this morning. I felt like I needed some sleep and I wanted to run in the light. Those early morning runs that start and end in the dark get a little old. I need sunshine.
I don't enjoy running with a jogging stroller. My stroller was made a few months after the wheel was invented. It is an antique.
But, I thought it would be good for my little man and I to get out of our normal routine.
We can't always sit around eating lollipops.
I figured I would run and chit chat with my little guy. Talk about life, the ins and outs of Sesame Street, the happenings in the sandbox, and why we think Max and Ruby's parents are never on the show.
It was gonna be a great run and it was. My little man listened intently, hanging onto every word like it was a buttered biscuit.
He is such a gentleman.
