Workout- 2300m swim I woke up incredibly sore today. Darn AMY! I headed to the pool anyway, it felt good. I still don't feel like I'm in a groove in the pool but it felt good to be in the cool water and work out some of this soreness.
After my swim I opened the fridge and started throwing leftover vegies, meat, and cheeses on the counter. Swimming I tell ya, makes you eat like a lumberjack!
Do you do this when your hungry, or am I weird? Wait, don't answer that.
I will mix almost anything into eggs and call it breakfast, and since I live so close to the border, I'll most likely wrap that in a tortilla and call it a breakfast burrito. It's gourmet all the way!
No burrito today though, I got sidetracked with a piece of leftover herb focaccia. Toasted, it was perfect with my scrambled mess.
This is how it went down today.
We got some leftover smoked turkey sausage, onion, green pepper, zucchini, and spinach. I sauteed that until crisp tender, threw in 2 egg whites, an egg, and fresh pepper. Scrambled it together topped with feta, BAM, SHAZAM!
Breakfast is ready! It ain't pretty, but it's good.
While I was enjoying my gourmet breakfast I notice my new basket had already been put to use, just not in the way I had imagined. This is the picture on the box and kinda what I had in mind.
So, cute right? One of my awesome friends got this for me, I love it!

Not sure about this guy. He is either tortured by it or loves it.
Who needs decorations? They would probably just be used as weapons anyway. :-)
This just in.....
UTAH PEACHES!!! Oh yeah, baby! Every year my awesome neighbor gets me a box or two. She's going in my will.
If I don't eat them all with Half&Half, I will probably make something yummy with them. I am thinking fried pies! Ah geeze, I gotta go, I am getting peach juice on the keyboard!
